Perpetra lists perpetual markets in two groups, split by how the index price is sourced.
Major markets (Supra + Chainlink)
These markets use Supra as the primary oracle, with Chainlink as a secondary fallback if Supra is unavailable.
HTS token markets (SaucerSwap TWAP)
These markets are Hedera Token Service (HTS) tokens listed on SaucerSwap. Rather than relying on Supra or Chainlink, Perpetra sources the index price directly from the SaucerSwap DEX time-weighted average price (TWAP), both for on-contract calculations and for frontend charting.
All markets are quoted against USDC.
Why the split matters
The oracle source feeds directly into the index price, which anchors both the mark price and the funding rate. For major markets, Supra and Chainlink provide deep, general-purpose price feeds. For smaller HTS tokens that don’t have reliable coverage on those oracles, SaucerSwap’s own TWAP is a more accurate reflection of the token’s actual trading price, since it’s sourced from the same market Perpetra’s traders are speculating on.
This is purely an internal pricing detail. Placing an order, managing margin, and reading your liquidation price work identically across both groups of markets.
